The POSYSŪ 604 is a PCI-Bus motion controller card dedicated to high performance motion control applications with extensive interpolation functionality. The POSYSŪ 604 is designed to control up to 4 axes of servo and stepper motors and provides hardware linear, circular, Bit Pattern and continuous interpolation which allow to perform the most complex motion profiles. Update rates per axis do not exist as each axis runs in absolute real-time mode simultaneously which makes these boards to one of the best performing motion controllers for up to 4 axes in the market.

The POSYSŪ 3004/3104 is a high performant 4 axes motion controller for servo and stepper motors. The POSYSŪ 3004 is the fully equipped version which allows besides PC/104 operation to be used via one of the x3 RS232/RS485, x1 ethernet, x1 USB 1.1 or x2 CAN 2.0b interfaces. It provides also a DOS-like multitasking RTOS with 8 MB SDRAM and 8 MB Flash RAM for custom applications. A web, ftp and telnet server enhance this board.
The POSYSŪ 3104 is dedicated to PC/104 operation providing the same capabilities as the POSYSŪ 3004. The POSYSŪ 4000 series motion controller is a high end standalone motion controller with integrated RTOS and supports brushed/brushless DC servo motors, microstepping and stepper motors, each axis individually configurable. The controller supports multiple communication lines, a web, ftp, tftp, telnet and ssh server as well as JAVA and Flash support.
The controller can be easily accessed via network, Internet, Intranet or directly by any PC.
